Return Window We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions
- Wigs must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Lace must not be cut, bleached, or altered in any way
- All original accessories and packaging must be included
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom orders or specially requested colors/styles
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
How to Return
- Email us at dannahair@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide a return authorization and shipping address
- Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving the return authorization
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return
Refund Method Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
